Catalina’s smile was a real challenge for the orthodontist. The lack of space and narrow jaws led to crowded teeth — overlapping and misaligned. The chosen solution was orthodontic treatment with braces. Before placing the appliance, impacted wisdom teeth (which hadn’t erupted) were extracted, as they interfered with alignment and could have negatively affected the final outcome.
Diagnosis and Finding the Solution

After activation, Catalina visited the clinic every 1.5 months for check-ups and followed the schedule of professional dental cleanings. After almost 2 years, the braces were removed, and although it was an intermediate stage, the result was excellent — her smile became wide and even.
Treatment Stages
Final Results
The aesthetics were affected by tooth discoloration and surface irregularities. A whitening procedure was performed, followed by a restoration plan with ceramic veneers. The prosthodontist used a dental microscope to place 10 ultra-thin ceramic veneers on the upper teeth. Special attention was paid to the shape and length of the veneers, resulting in taller teeth with natural enamel texture and translucent edges. True beauty lies in complete naturalness!
